The Woodlands Apartments project was a LEED庐-certified building housing 69 independent living apartments at the heart of Penick Village’s bustling campus. The wood-framed structure required meticulous planning for site logistics to ensure timely completion with minimal disruption to adjacent residents. The building encompasses dining rooms, a caf茅, bar, kitchen, chapel, living room, multi-purpose and activity rooms, a beauty parlor, gift shop, offices, and a library. The two-story lobby features custom-made railings by North Carolina artist Dempsey Calhoun.
