The 90,000-square-foot building features load-bearing masonry which meant careful preconstruction planning to coordinate beam pocket elevations and placement of receptacles, light switches, and data outlets in the block walls.

Now, the impressive building – with a fitness center, eight-lane competition swimming pool with adjacent water park, and tournament basketball courts – stands as an icon for the Southeast Gateway of the city.
